Thanks to the efforts of Michael Smith, David Cramer, and Norm Walsh, the DocBook XSL
snapshots are again available:

The snapshots are a build of the XSL stylesheets that are automatically triggered by a
checkin to the SVN repository. There are snapshots for both the namespaced and
non-namespaced versions of the stylesheets.
Generally the snapshots work like a stylesheet distribution, but there is a
possibility that a given snapshot may not work because a sequence of checkins will
require some time for them all to be processed. Any snapshot less than an hour old
might be suspect.
