Yes, I have a given structure of the TOC which was established by the
writer of the book I am working on. Therefore I need to change the TOC, so
to get the same result which follows the authors instructions and the
structure I just mentioned.
Unfortunately the originally generated TOC contains all of the sections. I
don't need all of them, regardless of the level of the sections.

I will give a respond tomorrow what result I get after I change my
customization layer according to the TOCcontrol guide. Thank you!
