[docbook-apps] DocBook XSL 1.77.0

I would like to encourage anyone who has downloaded and tried out version 1.77.0 of 
DocBook XSL to report any problems you have encountered, either on this list or on the 
SourceForge Bugs tracker.  Based on the lack of problem reports so far I expect to get 
a 1.77.1 release out in about a week.
