Ok, I've figure out that line 872 refers to a line in l10n.xsl and
that it is calling resolve-uri() to figure out the location of the
xsls. This must have something to do with the way we have integrated
Calabash into Maven.

I don't have it working yet, but at least I have some things I can try.
