Figured it out. It was a classpath problem. I updated the classpath to this and
it worked:

I already posted to the Ant forum, but thought I'd try the DocBook forum in
case anyone tripped over the same problem.
I'm trying to update an Ant macro. I'm trying to use Saxon 6.5.5 with the
Apache Commons Resolver, which I've specified in my classpath shown below. When
I run this macro, I get the following error:
Apache resolver library not found, internal resolver will be used
I don't want to use the internal resolver. I want to use Apache Commons
Resolver specified in the classpath. Hoping that someone can tell me what I'm
doing wrong. Sorry, I'm an Ant newbie.
