It adds a class attribute to the resulting img element for
Slides-specific formatting. For example, if dbs:incremental is set to 1
on the imagedata element in the source document, it will result in <img
class="incremental" .../>, which is properly rendered as an incremental
image with S5/Slidy. Or if dbs:style is specified, its value will be
just copied to the class value for user-specific CSS formatting.
