Hi Paul, The DocBook xsls can create HTML out of the box. I haven't looked at OS X Help in years, but IIRC, it's just html with some metadata added to the <head> to cause the topic to appear in the right place in the nav structures and search results. You may have to do some customization to cause that metadata to appear in the right place.
