Thanks very much. If your perl scripts aren't proprietary, could you share 
them? 

Also, I just mentioned this in the DocBook TC meeting, and Bob Stayton said 
that there is a kindle.extensions parameter in the ePub3 stylesheets. Currently 
that only handles one or two things, but it's probably the right hook for 
future kindle specific tweaks.
