I checked in a fix to that webpage, and after a little wait (presumably to
propagate to the server), the links seem to be fixed.

For example, http://docbook.sourceforge.net/ links to
http://wiki.docbook.org/topic/DocBookXslStylesheets, but that gives a
404 response, and the correct link is
http://wiki.docbook.org/DocBookXslStylesheets. Apparently, there was a
change in the wiki's URL scheme. I have noticed links from other sites
that are broken as well, so this might have been a recent change.
