I'm not sure what can be done to fix these warnings. My guess is that they are 
places where kindlegen is unhappy with HTML5 constructs, but that's just a 
guess.

I have seen similar warnings with ePub files generated by the epub3 
stylesheets. However, I've had no problems with the .mobi files generated, even 
with these warning messages. In fact, they have looked clean on kindles and the 
kindle emulators, and they have been successfully uploaded to Amazon, which 
does some of its own checking.

So, I haven't let them stop me, though I'd be much happier if I didn't get 
them:-).
