The SVN co command is described here:

Please be aware that the DocBook XSL distributions are built from the SVN
source files, and will not run directly from the SVN repo. For example,
the -ns- version is built from the non-namespaced version so they stay in
sync, so you won't find the -ns- version in the repo.
BTW, the snapshot URL you mentioned is obsolete. The current snapshots are
found here:
http://snapshots.docbook.org/
I thought the old one was redirected, but apparently not. I'll redirect to
the new location.
