tells me all about selecting what to put in toc...
I have an article. Weird toc requirements, so I generated
docbook toc content myself. It's not showing in html ouput?
I have
<xsl:param name="generate.toc">
article title
</xsl:param>
Not sure if I want this - but nothing saying what to do with a 'filled
toc' as apposed to
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/1.75.2/doc/html/process.empty.source.toc.html
which says what to do with an empty one?
