I notice that output produced with the Eclipse transform (eclipse/eclipse.xsl) contains this line:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"> Is ISO-8859-1 a requirement of Eclipse, or can I change this to produce UTF-8?
