Hi Bob,
In http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/TOCcontrol.html#SectionTocs ,
«It's default value of 2 means only sections up to sect2 will appear in any
TOC.» ==> "It's" should be "Its". Please correct it and maybe go over the rest
of the manuscript to catch other typos like that.
