It looks as though the next version of epubcheck may reject epub3 files that use named character entities (&, etc.).
Right now, the stylesheets will generate at least some of these, even if you use the numeric equivalent (e.g., if you use & for ampersand in your source, the output will be &). Is there an option that will keep Saxon (which is what we currently use) from making this change? Or are there options with other processors that might be a better choice?
