Has anyone on the list tackled the challenge of generating a page list for ePub output?
A page list is a mapping of print page numbers to locations in the ePub. I don't see any easy way to do it; I suspect it would take some kind of parsing of a PDF version of the book, and post-processing of the ePub based on that parsing. But, before I decide whether it's worth even trying, I thought I'd ask the group whether anyone has thought about approaches to the problem.
