Hi,
There is not enough information in your message to determine what might be going wrong. Can you provide more details about the tools you are trying to use and how you are applying them? The more detail the better. 


I notice that "namesp. cut" is displayed, which means you are processing 
a DocBook 5 document, whose elements are in the DocBook namespace, with 
the non-namespaced version of the XSL stylesheets.  That requires the 
stylesheet to strip the namespace from the document before proceeding. 
I would suggest avoiding that step and using the docbook-xsl-ns 
stylesheets instead, which are aware of the DocBook namespace.

When tried converting the *docbook xml to epub*, we get the below error.
