Hi Jan,
Re oXygen XML Author: for this rare usage we provide floating licenses -
one such license may be enough for all users within your company.
We just made available Friday a Personal license, that may also help -
but in this case each user should get his own Personal license from his
own funds:
http://oxygenxml.com/buy-personal.html
On the web, we have available a test deployment of the oXygen Webapp at
https://www.oxygenxml.com/webapp-demo-aws/
If you have DocBook files on your Dropbox or Google Drive then you can
access them though that.
Best Regards,
George

Dear All,
originally I've been searching for any free / low cost visual docbook editor
for rare use by various non-techie people within company as full-featured
product (e.g. Oxygen Author) seems to be an overkill. Unfortunately, there
are just several alternatives, none of them below $50.
Sadly, DocBook doesn't seem to be offered as online tool for
interactive/collaborative editing in the cloud either.
For e.g. LaTeX there are nice apps:
https://www.overleaf.com/
https://www.authorea.com/
https://www.sharelatex.com/
Have I overlooked any handy tool or service?
Please share.
Thanks, Jan
