I think I must add some additional information. The HTML file I want to
link to is in another folder on my file system. It is a Python Notebook
document that I exported to HTML format. It does not have a URL. It will
be included in our distribution package. I just need to know if it is
possible to link to it using a relative path. I can't seem to find
anything that would help me.
I compile XML to HTML files to then generate QtAssistant Help collection
files for our software help system. I was wondering how to refer to the
HTML file so that it would open in a browser.
