Hi Simon, I would use the issue mechanism first, especially if you’ve fixed a bug. If you’re doing an enhancement, you might also want to discuss it on this mailing list.
FYI, since you’re talking about assemble.xsl, this is not a question for the DocBook TC. However, you did post it to the right group; docbook-apps is for discussion about the stylesheets.
