Hi Bob,

I checked every line with  <xsl:template match="...

and added the d: like
<xsl:template match="d:mediaobject/d:caption">

The transformation added the dash to the pagenumbers but not the
chapternumber. Unfortunately I can read xsl but not control or debug it.
