Another query if you'll forgive me.
How do I get an index? I seem to be using sgmltools-lite which doesn't do
anything much with any <indexterm> tags that I put in my documents?
Is there a way of getting to it compose an index, or maybe another
application that will output the index in docbook ready for
sgmltools-light?
