DOCBOOK: [es] xref to section default output

Just in case you are concerned, the default behaviour for
<xref linkend="sectlink"> with lang defined as "es" in the
document produces:

        La secci&oacute;n de nombre [section_title]

which I find unnecessarily long and a bit odd in Spanish.
Instead of "de nombre", the Spanish quotations could be used with
[section_title], so:

        La secci&oacute;n &laquo;[section_title]&raquo;

Just a thought.
