I'm starting to use EBNF module.
According to on-line DocBook (alpha version),
<nonterminal> parent listing is confusing based on
it's intended use. How can it's parent list be so large when
almost all of these have nothing to do with EBNF?
Is this a mistake in the book, or spec, or am I missing something?
