I'm not sure how to use OpenJade to convert DocBook to text, but I did
write a Perl script to format DocBook reference pages into flat text. My
script only handles reference pages, since that is what I have to work
with. If you're familiar with Perl, you could try writing your own script,
although there are probably easier ways about which I don't know.
