The spirit of FreeBSD is to get everything from the network. The
sources of the packages in the ports collection are never included on a
CD-ROM AFAIK, in order to always get the latest versions from their
respective home pages.
But that may not fall into the main discussion purpose of this
list... We're going a bit off topic ;)
