is wrong.
I would use <mediaobject> since DocBook 5.0 doesn't
support <graphic> anymore, I assume.
I guess should work this way:

<mediaobject>
<imageobject>
<imagedata
fileref="xml/images/screenshots/toolbar_main/font_button.jpg"/>
</imageobject>
</mediaobject>
</tip>
