I want to put The company name in the header and the filename and author in the footer.
I have looked at dbcompon.dsl but at the moment all that does is make my head hurt. Is there a hardcopy that I could get my hands onto that would help with getting a grip on how docbook and DSSSL work together? Wish list: More/some documentation in the *.dsl files as to what is happening where.
