RFE 440667: Proposal: Remove corpname
The orgname element is allowed everywhere that corpname is allowed,
but the converse is not true. Furthermore, a corporation can be seen
as simply one kind of organization.
I propose that we add two attributes to orgname:
classname (corporation|other) #IMPLIED
otherclass CDATA #IMPLIED
and remove corpname in DocBook V6.0
