I am unable to compile a pdf file from this xml docbook file:

I use these commands to do xml->fo->pdf translation, using a correct
installation of:
- xsltproc and passive tex tools
- docbook-xsl-1.50.0
- docbook-xml V4.1.2
xsltproc -o book.fo /usr/local/share/docbook/docbook-xsl/fo/docbook.xsl
book.xml
xmltex book.fo
...
