DOCBOOK: Problems opening dbmathml.dtd & testmath.xml

Dear Sirs, I'm having problems opening the files:   dbmathml.dtd:   Cannot have a DTD declaration outside of a DTD. Error processing resource 'http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/docbook/xml/mathml/1.0/dbmathml.dtd'. Line 56, Position 12 <!ENTITY % mathml-colon ':'> -----------^ testmath.xml:   This file does not even appear after clicking the link on your page. I tried to open it in XMLSpy but got the following error:   The character '>' was expected. Error processing resource 'http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/dbpoolx.mod'. Line 840, Position 50 <!ENTITY % bibliomixed.role.attrib "%role.attrib;"................... --> -------------------------------------------------^ It seems the file in question is not well-formed.   Is there any fix for this?   I would like to use docbook in my phd research regarding math intelligent books.
