DOCBOOK: Layout problems

Hello,

I'm using DocBook XML and stylesheet transformation to transform it to FO/PDF.

Sometimes it happens, that a section's title occurs on page n and the following para's text on page n+1. How I can teach it to show in this case the section's title on page n+1, too?
