This is so strange, I must be doing something wrong: Using the
fo/docbook.xsl from xsl-stylesheets 1.60.1 (and also 1.59) and then
passing this through pdfxmltex (PassiveTeX) I get a PDF file where
the secondary pages have the title in the header /but/ that line
wraps at column 14 ...
