DOCBOOK: Image scaling in percent with fop

hi,

I tried to get my Screenshots scaled to 60% size for pdf output with fop.
Actually it doesn't really work. Scaling only works with hard-coded sizes
(e.g. 170 pixels or so) but not with percents.
Does anybody know how I get this working?
