Just one late thought. Maybe attribute should be added only to
glossterms appearing inside glossary or glosslist. Glossterms that are
used inside normal text to markup terms are not going to be sorted. It
is not a big difference, but with RELAX NG we can model this constraint
if we want to.
Sorry I forgot to mention this yesterday during telcon, but I was not
completely fresh and awaken after long day.
