Yes, I think Oxygen uses jing.
Apart from this I get different results between msv and jing on one side and oXygen on the other side. Even with the errors msv and jing don't complain but oXygen did. To discover these errors, it was not possible with RNC, but with the RNG format. Maybe I did something wrong, but from my impressions all should give the same results.
In a perfect world, yes... I don't know how good the relax ng schema is. Anyone else?
