Unfortunately, I am working today and seem to be encountering a new trouble
with my fo conversion that was not there till 2 weeks ago.

My customized style sheet contains the following at the start:

I use docbook v 4.5, docbook xsl 1.72 and fop version 0.93.
Kindly let me know what is going wrong.
