AFAIK there are no special codepoints for old-style numbers in Unicode.
You have to either use font that uses old-style numbers glyphs for
normal numbers or OpenType font which has old-style number feature -- in
such fonts two type of glyphs for numbers are present. The problem is
that XSL-FO currently can't access such OpenType features so it would be
very difficult to persuade FO processor to switch to this style of numbers.
