I was not 100% sure whether you want to have an element around everything or just around the publishing information after the citetitle.
If it's the latter, there are a couple of ways you can go. First of all, you can put the attribution element directly inside the blockquote, which is preferable to putting a para with a citetitle inside. Then, you might find elements inside attribution that would do what you need. If not, you can always put text inside a phrase element and give the phrase a role attribute you can use to generate the HTML class attribute you need.
A "phrase" with a role will do the trick nicely. (and probably come in handy for some other things too - I hadn't spotted that tag before.)
