Ok. A little investigation reveals that something changed on the
ibiblio site that hosts wiki.docbook.org. It looks like the suexec
wrapper got lost and the wiki started creating files owned by
nobody.nobody. Naturally, it can't change those files, so...
I'm still trying to get to the bottom of it...
