[docbook] Embed custom HTML in docbook output?

I would like to embed a little custom html at the end of every HTML page
generated (but not HTML help).
The HTML is: <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/motm";><img
src="http://sflogo.sourceforge.net/sflogo.php?group_id=310995&amp;type=10"; 
width="80" height="15" alt="Get Menace of the Mines at SourceForge.net. Fast, 
secure and Free Open Source software downloads" /></a>
This needs to be at the bottom of all HTML pages (but NOT HTML help)?
How do I do this?
