For those playing along at home, the schema I published was pretty
buggy. I've been working on getting it to pass the DocBook XSLT 2.0
test suite, by which I mean, getting it to the point where it
validates all of the valid DocBook documents in that test suite.

I'm a good chunk of the way there. But there's still a good chunk to
go.
