I started using docbook about 9 months ago with some success to create
documentation about servers we support. I was using style sheets that come
with Fedora and xsltproc and thought it would be a good idea to move
forward. I now have installed the 2.0.3 style sheets and using Java based
saxon (9.2.0.3). All is OK except table of contents is missing from the
PDF. The HTML is flawless. I am using Apache FOP which worked before. I
made sure I have all the latest FOP jar files and reviewed my CLASSPATH.
But I admit XSLT 2.0 looks like a whole new ball game and not a heavy
docbook user. Not sure if FO style sheets are stable yet. Found no info on
Google. Only errors I get are a font warning and a complaint about
hyphenation pattern. Running FOP has never been warning free. Do I need
customization? Please advise. Thanks.
