I've been using http://www.badgers-in-foil.co.uk/projects/docbook-css/ where you just need to insert the reference to the driver.css in your XML file: <?xml-stylesheet href="docbook-css/driver.css" type="text/css"?>
I've had good success, except for images and links. If anyone has solved this part, please post a solution!
