DocBook Technical Committee Meeting Non-minutes: 26 February 2014

The DocBook Technical Committee tried to meet on Wednesday,
26 February 2014 at 1:00pm ET but failed to reach quorum.

Regrets: Scott Hudson, Jirka Kosek
Absent: Loren Cahlander, Dick Hamilton,
No quorum.

5. Review of open action items
a. Norm to publish an XSD for 5.1 when it is finished.

b. Norm to publish DocBook 5 CR3 and annouce plans to move
forward on 26 Feb.

Announcements:
The new XInclude standard has reached Candidate Release, and has
one implementation. Norm is still recruiting for a second
implementation.
Norm will release DocBook 5.1 CR3 soon, after some discussions
with OASIS about the process and website.
