[docbook] ONIX 3 <-> Docbook 5 Mapping

Hi all,

We are moving our systems over to be as fully compliant as possible to 
ONIX 3.
Before starting the work myself I was wondering if there is a mapping 
between ONIX 3 and Docbook 5?
