maybe Mylyn[1] is starting point for you. There is an Ant[2] extension (see
Downloads link) that allows you to use the library from the command line. I only
have used the library in a quite different context (not DocBook related), so I
have no experience with your specific use case and don't know whether this can
satisfy your needs.
