[docbook] DocBook 5.2CR2 published

Hi folks,

This morning I published DocBook 5.2CR2. This release includes just one
technical fix from CR1, allowing “modifier” in more places in a number
of synopsis elements. I also updated the build so that it includes a
copy of the release notes.

I made corresponding updates to DocBook: TDG 5.2 and published that as
well.

Comments, questions, and bug reports most welcome in the usual places!
