To be able to run bin/build, bin/docset_build and bin/makeindex under Win32,
you'll have to go through the following steps (while you are in the
modperl-docs directory):
cd bin
pl2bat build
pl2bat docset_build
pl2bat makeindex
Now, being placed in your base directory, you can execute "bin\build" with
any normal options. Note that you need some extra prereuisites to be able to
run makeindex (swish-e for instance).
If these files change in CVS, you will need to redo the above steps, or you
won't see the changes.
