sigh... the idea of using ALT for pdf|src sizes doesn't work. Because since the image is enclosed into <a></a> the href's contents take over the alt. the ALT will be useful only in the text-only browsers. Or is there an <a> property which can be used to override href?

so should we just have this useful in text browsers and others won't know the size? Or should we go back and try the text only version to work crossplatform? If we do the latter I think that prev|up|next should be text only too, so the font-size will always be the same.

BTW, while creating the images to test with I wasn't sure which font to choose. So I've created these two ;) this is 'betsy flanagan' font in gimp.
